Class Fees and Payment Options

All courses must be paid for before the class begins, unless arrangements have been made otherwise. Payment can be made in advance or made the day the class begins.  Company checks, personal checks, cash, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) are accepted.

Fees include training at our Decatur classroom or travel to your metro Atlanta office. Travel outside of the Atlanta area, including nationwide travel, requires that the client pay for travel expenses in addition to class fees. Travel expenses will be negotiated with the client so that there are no hidden or surprise fees.

Discounts

Art=Visual offers two types of discounts:

1. Any student or group of students who sign up for two different classes during one registration can take 5% off the total class fee.
   
   
2. Once you have taken a class you become eligible for special discounts that we periodically offer for specific classes held at our Decatur classroom (up to half off). You will receive an email with the special offer. The class will be for a set date, so you would have to be flexible. Some classes will be held only a few days after the notice is sent out. This type of discount is used to fill an extra seat or to drum up business during slow times. These courses are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Cancellation Policy

Short of a natural disaster or the instructor being hospitalized, no classes are ever cancelled.  To date, this has never happened.
