• Flash Player (if you don't have Flash player, you can still watch the individual MP4 files by going directly to the lesson folders)
• For Download Delivery of Course: WinZip (http://www.winzip.com/index.htm) or a program that will unzip WinZip files + a high speed connection

Method of Delivery

The Photoshop CS5 Level 1 Video Course will be delivered to your via one of two methods:

1)  Download:  This is the default delivery method. The files will be delivered in two ZIP folders (we use WinZip), each about 2 Gigabytes in size.  It will take about an hour to download both files.  Download links will be sent during our business hours, 10 AM to 12 AM EST. If you place your order during these hours, in most cases you should receive the download instructions within the hour.

2)  By Mail:  If you wish to receive your Photoshop CS5 Level 1 Video Course by mail, be sure to include your mailing address with your order.  You will receive the course files on a DVD data disc. Those requesting a disc by mail will not receive download instructions.

PayPal (Credit Card or PayPal Funds)
To order by credit card through PayPal or to use funds from your PayPal account, click the button below. If you prefer to receive your Photoshop CS5 video course on disc in the mail (free of charge) instead of downloading the files, be sure to state this in the Message to Seller section on the PayPal order form. No download instructions will be sent.

IMPORTANT

Once your order is placed, you will receive a link to an instructional video that details how to download your files, how to unzip the files, how to asssemble your files into a master folder, how to watch your course in a web browser, and how to watch the course videos without a Flash player.  Be sure to watch this before proceeding to downloading your files.
