Adobe Certified Instructor Steve Markos only teaches software products he uses on a regular basis, which allows him to provide students with real world instruction and advice. In addition to training, Steve is the CEO of Art=Visual, a multi-media production company offering photography, video production, graphic design, web design, and Flash animation and web page design services to clients nationwide.

• Co-author of Adobe's Certification Exam for InDesign CS3.
• Educated at Syracuse University and University of Georgia.
• Graduated Cum Laude with a BBA in Business Management.
• Has been working as a software trainer since 2004.
• User of Photoshop since 1994 (version 4), Premiere since 2000 (version 6.0), PageMaker since 1994 and InDesign since version 1, and Dreamweaver and Flash since version MX 2004. Prior to Dreamweaver, user of HotDog since 1994.
• Designed his first web page in 1994 by hand coding HTML.
• Began working as a photographer in high school.
• Has had his photographs displayed in the Atlanta High Museum of Art.
• Photography and video clients include Walmart, Peachtree Software, US Bankcard, USA Volleyball Junior Olympics, the National Society of High School Scholars, and Working Mother Magazine.
• Began digitally re-touching photographs of people with Photoshop in 1994.
• Began making short films in elementary school.
• Started a video production company in 1984 from his dorm room at UGA.
• Began editing video digitally in 2000 with Premiere 6.0.
• Graphic design work includes magazine layouts (J'adore Magazine), advertisements, brochures, product catalogs, rock band posters, and book and CD covers.
• In the mid 1990s, produced and directed the Atlanta television sports talk show "The Press Box" and hosted the film review show "Film Forum," both live shows.
